We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover) & Paypal. All purchases are immediately billed and will show on your credit card statement as ‘SaseeChic LLC'.
All shipping items are sent via USPS within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise noted. Most packages arrive within 7 business days. Tracking information is automatically emailed to customer once shipped. All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of placing the order, then shipped to the customer.
All items are carefully packaged & secured in bubble padding during shipment to avoid shipping damages. If there are any shipment damages, the incident must be communicated to Contact@ShopSaseeChic.com within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. If an item does not arrive within the allotted time frame, please contact us via email for resolution.
Discounted/Sales/Clearance items are final sale, this includes the use of coupon codes.
We do not offer returns... store credit only. We gladly offer exchanges on regular priced items.
It an exchange is needed on any item(s) please contact us to begin the process at Contact@ShopSaseeChic.com. Please contact us, via e-mail, within 24 hours of your order having been shown as delivered based on the time stamp on the USPS website. Items must be mailed back (post marked) within the next two days after exchange approval. Items received with a postmark date past the mail back deadline may be refused and returned to sender.
After 7 days from the point of delivery, no exchanges will be accepted.
Please return items in original condition (unworn, unaltered).
Buyer is responsible for contacting Contact@ShopSaseeChic.com to initiate exchange process. Buyer is responsible for shipping item back.
Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the exchange to be processed.
An email will be sent to you once the exchange has been completed.
